3 Cups Of Tea..#1

A book that i was recently assigned in english is 3 Cups Of Tea by Greg Mortenson. In english, we are studying stuff about Bully Awarness. So our books that we could choose from were The Kiterunner, A Thousand Splendid Suns, and Three Cups of Tea.
In my book, the main character is the author himself, so if you didnt know its a true story, but Three Cups of Tea starts out with Greg going to climb one of the highest mountains in the land in appreciation for his sister that had pass away. While he was on the mountain, something happened to one of the other climbers that made Greg turn around and head back down to town. He ended up getting lost and coming into this other town called Korphe. The people of Korphe accepted him and let him stay. He felt a little guilty about the whole issue so he made the town a promise to build them a school for them.
While trying to build the school, he had a horrible time of raising money. Greg met a guy named Jean, who donated the money to Greg to build the school. Jean ended up working for a company that built schools for the poor in the last months of his life.
So in the end, Greg ends up building over 50 schools for poor villages, while dealing with the frustrations of raising funds for the schools, missing his family, and a kidnapping. THE END!!=]

Twilight!!! =]

One of the books i have been reading has been Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. At first when someone had mentioned the book for me, I was like.."Eh..Uhm..I dont really think so..Im not really into the whole..Vampire thing" but finally when i started i absolutely fell in love with it! I have never read at book like it and im working on the series. I have just finished the sequal of Twilight , New Moon, and i didnt think it was as good as Twilight but it was pretty good too. Anyways, Twilight is one of the books that i am reading out of class..=]
